With iSpring LMS, supervisors can build a comprehensive continuous professional development (CPD) program, set learning goals, and track employee progress in real time—whether it’s developing leadership, mastering new technologies, improving compliance skills, or enhancing customer service.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is an ongoing, structured approach to learning, skill-building, and professional growth. It allows organizations to track progress in measurable learning credits, such as points or hours over a defined period—typically a quarter or a year—ensuring that development is consistent and goal-oriented.

CPD is particularly crucial in professions that demand constant knowledge updates and regulatory compliance, including law, finance, auditing, engineering, medicine, IT, education, and other specialized industries.

Administrators can set learning goals—the number of learning credits an employee should complete within a given period. Each course or training can be assigned a specific number of credits.

In the User Portal, employees can see their learning goals, choose content from Catalog, and plan their learning to achieve the required credits.

Reports in iSpring LMS make it easy to track progress. Employees can view their results in the User Portal, supervisors can monitor goal completion in the My Team section, and administrators can access detailed analytics in the Reports section.
