They can pursue learning goals by earning credits both online and in the app. 

An employee can have multiple learning goals in a single period.

Users can see their learning goals on the profile page.

In the Learning Goals section, employees can track their progress and see the number of learning credits earned.

Employees with multiple job positions can view how many credits have been earned for each role. This helps them know which training should take priority.

How employees earn learning credits

Once learners see a new learning goal in the User Portal, they’ll take the relevant courses and training sessions, earning credits for successful completion. If courses are added to the Catalog, employees can see how many credits each course provides and choose the ones they need.

Credits for a course or training in the Catalog are visible only to employees assigned to that learning goal.
