How to Complete a Learning Goal Early with the “Finish Now” Button

Imagine the company used to review learning goal results every six months. Starting in March, goals are now evaluated monthly. To avoid losing the credits earned in previous months, the previous learning goal cannot be deleted.

In this case, if a goal is no longer relevant, you can complete it early by clicking the Finish now button. This keeps employees’ previously earned credits intact while hiding the outdated goal from the User Portal.
