Now, you can adjust the pronunciation so the voice sounds beautiful and more energetic. With the SSML Editor, you can set pauses, change the speed, and adjust the pronunciation with ease.

The Number of Characters

• Every author is allowed 1,000,000 characters every 30 days. Tags are counted as characters. For example, a pair of <speak> and </speak> tags will count as 15 characters.
  
  
• Previewing will deduct characters from your monthly limit. However, replacing text in the preview will not deduct characters.
  
  
• The number of characters depends on the language. Characters are counted in bytes.
  In English: 1 character is 1 byte.
  In Serbian: 1 character is 2 bytes.
  
  
• You cannot use more than 4,000 bytes at a time. This means that if the user inserts 4,000 Latin characters, the text will be read out. If there are 4,000 Cyrillic characters, you will see that the limit has been exceeded and you’ll need to remove the extra characters.
