Gain deeper insights into content effectiveness with the enhanced Content Analytics report in the Knowledge Base.
You can open the Content Analytics report in the User and Administrator Portal.
Access to the Report
The Account Owner sees the data on all spaces and users.
The Account Administrator only has access to those spaces where they are members.
Users with full access and editing access see the data for all spaces where they are members, as well as the information for other members of these spaces.
The report is only available in a browser.
How to View the Content Analytics Report
Open the Knowledge Base and go to the Analytics section.
You’ll see analytics for all of the content in the Knowledge Base:
Total number of views of each content item
Number of users who viewed that content item
Using the User Status filter, you can see information on users’ statuses: active, inactive, and employment ended.
If you want to filter the data and leave only the content you need, select a space or folder in the Location filter.
From the Content Analytics report, you can open a detailed report on a separate content item.
You can send the report to your colleagues by email.
