Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is a cloud-based service for managing access and identity. It works in the cloud and provides authentication and authorization services for Microsoft and third-party services.

How to Enable the Integration

  1. Go to Services > User Synchronization > Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and click on Learn More.

  2. In the Integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) popup, copy the Tenant URL and Secret Token.

  3. If you want to synchronize users from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with groups in iSpring Learn, select Add users to iSpring Learn groups. You can read more about this in How to Sync Microsoft Entra ID Users with iSpring Learn Groups article.

  4. Then, send the credentials to your system administrator. The admin will need to go to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and configure the integration.

If you refresh your Secret Token by clicking on the refresh button, as shown below, you’ll need to reconfigure the integration in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) because the token will change.
