Certificates Report is a type of report you can generate in iSpring Learn that shows the expiration dates and validity statuses of employees’ certificates. This allows LMS administrators to monitor their employees' certification status.
Users with the "View user reports" permission can access this report.
Open Reports tab and scroll down to the Other section. Click on Certificates.
In the report, you will see:
Who received the certificate.
The expiration date of the certificate.
Whether automatic re-enrollment is scheduled for the certificate.
Status Meanings
Certified
Indicates percent of active certificates out of total certificates issued. Active certificates are ones with "Valid," "Renewed," and "Expiring" statuses.
Valid
Active and non-expiring certificates awarded for trainings.
Expiring
Certificates that will expire soon. The default setting is 30 days before the expiration date.
Expired
Certificates that have expired.
Renewed
Certificates that have been revalidated.
You can set when the "expiring" status will be displayed. Click on the settings icon and choose the number of days before the certificate expires that this status will be shown.
You can set filters to track data by departments, groups, and courses. Filter by date and easily see which certificates are expiring at that time.
If you need to conduct an annual employee re-certification to confirm their qualification, set up automatic re-enrollments and specify when users will be re-enrolled in a course. The new Reenrollment date column will appear in the report.
If you need to assign a course repeatedly to certain employees, not to all the users enrolled in a course, use the manual course re-enrollment feature.
Automatic and manual re-enrollment can only be set up for courses. For standalone online quizzes, pages, assignments, links, and learning tracks, you need to delete and create a new enrollment.
