Now, when an employee no longer works for the company, administrators can change their status in iSpring Learn to "Employment Ended". You will no longer view them in the Org Chart, but their info and data will be preserved.

  • Available for both iSpring Learn Start and Business plans.

  • The Account Owner, Account Administrator, Department Administrator, and users with permission to edit personal information can change the employment status for an employee to "Employment Ended".

  • You cannot end employment for Account Owners, administrators who are higher up in the hierarchy or for yourself.
