To get started, sign into iSpring Suite using your iSpring ID. Once you purchase and install iSpring Suite, you will receive an email with your Account login info:

  • iSpring ID

  • Workspace address

    What is my iSpring ID?
    When you registered for your trial or when you purchased the software, you were asked to create your iSpring ID. This is a set of login details that consists of your email (as your username) and a password that you chose. The iSpring ID can be used to sign in to both your iSpring Suite and your iSpring Account on the iSpring Solutions website.


    What is my Workspace URL?
    Your Workspace URL is a URL of your iSpring Cloud, where you can store ready learning content and create online microcourses.

  1. Launch iSpring Suite 11 and click on the user account icon at the top right corner.



    You can also open a project and, under the iSpring Suite tab, click Sign In. 



  2. Next, enter the email of your iSpring ID and click Continue.



  3. Then, enter your iSpring ID password and click Sign In.



    Great! You signed in to your iSpring Account.

     

    Now you can go back to iSpring Suite and start creating courses right away!



    You can also sign in to your iSpring Suite using your iSpring Suite Account.
