With this option, learners select their language on the first slide and are redirected to the corresponding version of the course.

Step 1. Create a Language Selection Slide

  1. Open iSpring Suite.

  2. Insert a slide that will contain language selection buttons.

Add shapes to the slide and enter the names of the languages, such as English and French.

Step 2. Add Slides in Different Languages

  1. Add all slides in English first, followed by all slides in French (e.g., 9 slides in English and 9 in French).

  2. Return to the language selection slide.

  3. Right-click on the English button > Hyperlink > Place in This Document > select the first slide that’s in English.

  4. Repeat for the French button.

Learners can now navigate directly to the content that’s in their chosen language.

Step 3. Configure Branching

To prevent learners from scrolling through slides in other languages after completing their version:

  1. Go to the last slide of a language section (e.g., the last slide in English).

  2. Go to the iSpring Suite tab > Slide Properties.

  3. In the Branching column, change the Forward branching from Next Slide to None. This ensures that learners will have finished the course upon completing their language track.

Step 4. Adjust the Table of Contents (Optional)

Step 5. Configure Course Completion Settings

If your course contains quizzes, we recommend evaluating completion based on the number of slides that have been viewed.
