Track learner progress and view statistics on individual and department learning progress. 

The dashboard shows you how many employees have completed a training program, and how many haven’t started it yet. The supervisor will be informed in time to remedy this.

Top managers can see how their subordinates’ teams are progressing in training. To make this work, each employee needs to have a manager assigned, and each manager needs to have their own manager in the reporting line:

  • For a supervisor — the next-level supervisor
  • For a functional manager — the next-level functional manager

If an employee has no manager assigned or was manually assigned a manager from another department, the top manager will not see that employee in the My Team section.
