Top managers can see how their subordinates’ teams are progressing in training. To make this work, each employee needs to have a manager assigned, and each manager needs to have their own manager in the reporting line:
- For a supervisor — the next-level supervisor
- For a functional manager — the next-level functional manager
If an employee has no manager assigned or was manually assigned a manager from another department, the top manager will not see that employee in the My Team section.
