iSpring Learn Users Managing Users Editing Users Current: How to Deactivate a User How to Deactivate a User Here are some ways to deactivate users:In the User Information CardGo to the Personal Information tab.Click on Change next to the user status and select Deactivate.Select Deactivate now, if you want a user to be deactivated immediately.Click on Schedule deactivation to select the date when the user will be deactivated.Define the date when this user will be deactivated.Click Deactivate.You can also cancel scheduled deactivation.In the Users ListChoose one or multiple users in the Users section. Select Deactivate.Or you can click on "..." → Deactivate.Select Deactivate now, if you want a user to be deactivated immediately.Click on Schedule deactivation to select the date when the user will be deactivated.Click Deactivate.In the Excel fileClick on Export/Import in the Users section and select Import users.Download the import template.Fill in the template with user information and change the user status to "Inactive" in the Status column.Select a file with a populated template.Finally, click on Import.Confirm that you would like to update your users list.Via APIUsers will change their status to "Inactive" and won't be able to sign in or receive notifications. ×
