Enhance your team's engagement by creating and enrolling them in non-graded online quizzes to collect their views and feedback. For example, you can design a quiz in which participants are asked to express their thoughts on various statements using a Likert scale.

You can incorporate non-graded online quizzes into a course or a page, or even create them as standalone content items.

  1. Go to the Learning Content section and click on Create > Quiz.



  2. Go to Settings.



  3. In the Main section, configure the quiz in the following manner:

    • Number of attempts: 1
    • Passing score: 0
    • Show correct answers: off
    • Show feedback: off
    • Shuffle answers: off

      Then, click on Save.



  4. Give your survey a name and description.



  5. Next, add questions and answer options.



  6. Go to the Completion Screen section and select either Don't show completion screen or Show closing message. You can customize the closing message as needed.



  7. Then, publish it and enroll users.

    Employees will receive a notification and will be able to take the survey.



    You can view the employees' responses in the report.
