Navigating by headings will let readers quickly scan these headings to find the information they need, and authors can customize the outline to structure content in the articles with ease.
How to Enable and Disable Outline
Select a space in Knowledge Base. Then, open the article and click on Edit.
Next, open Settings > Other. Here you can enable or disable the outline in Knowledge Base articles.
To make the outline appear in an article, select the text of a heading and change their formatting style to Header.
That's it! Now the article is easy to navigate, thanks to the outline.

Click on the edit icon under the outline.
Hover over the heading title, click on ***, and click on Remove from Outline.
Done! You have removed the title from Outline.
