To assign another team member as the account owner:

  1. Click on the icon at the bottom left corner. Then, click on your account name.



  2. Click on the three dots next to the current owner's name and select Change Owner.



  3. A browser window will open where you can submit a change request. 

    In the request form, provide the following information about the new owner:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Job title

    • Contact phone number

  4. Then, click Send Message.



    You can also send an email to support@ispring.com. In your email write your account URL, the current owner's email and the new owner's information.
