To assign another team member as the account owner:
- Click on the icon at the bottom left corner. Then, click on your account name.

- Click on the three dots next to the current owner's name and select Change Owner.

- A browser window will open where you can submit a change request.
In the request form, provide the following information about the new owner:
Full name
Email address
Job title
Contact phone number
- Then, click Send Message.

You can also send an email to support@ispring.com. In your email write your account URL, the current owner's email and the new owner's information.
