Your iSpring account is your personal area where you can see complete information on how you are using company products.
To go to the iSpring account from your iSpring Cloud account:
Click on the team name at the bottom left corner, and clickiSpring Account.
Your iSpring account will appear in a new browser window. You won't need to enter your credentials because the system will automatically recognize you as you log in via your iSpring Cloud account.
Here you'll be able to view complete information about the licenses purchased and trials requested, the purchase history, and messages you exchanged with iSpring support agents.
If you purchased iSpring Suite basic or logged out of your iSpring Cloud account, log in to the iSpring account on the iSpring website.
Follow this link or open the iSpring website and click the Log in link at the top right corner.
Now enter your login (the email that you used when purchasing our product) and your iSpring account password and click Log In.
The iSpring account log in data are emailed to customers after purchase. If you can't find the email with the iSpring account password, reset your password on the website or contact iSpring support for help.
