Activate your iSpring Suite license using your iSpring Suite account.
Important:
Activation with an iSpring Suite account is possible only if you purchased iSpring Suite Max.
If online activation cannot be completed because of antivirus software or a proxy server error, activate your licensemanually.
Here's how to activate:
Launch your iSpring Suite 10 program and click at the top right corner.
You can also open a project and, under the iSpring Suite tab, click Sign in to Your Account. Then, select Sign in to youriSpring Suite Account.
Next, click Sign in online.
Then, you will see a message prompting you to go to the opened browser window.
Fill in the field and click Continue.
You can find your account URL in the welcome letter. Copy the part before the dot.
Next, enter your iSpring Suite account credentials and click Sign In.
You’ll see a message saying that you have logged in to the iSpring Suite account successfully. You can now return to the iSpring Suite app.
Make sure that you are assigned to the Author role in iSpring Space. If you are the iSpring Space account owner, the Author role will be assigned to you by default. Team members with the Reviewer role cannot activate an iSpring Suite Max license using an iSpring Suite account.
