Default feedback messages can be specified in Quiz Properties. However, it's possible to set a custom feedback message for every question.

To enable custom feedback messages:

  1. In the Questions pane, select a question you want to apply custom feedback to.

  2. In the Feedback and Branching tab, choose the feedback type: None, Default, By Question, By Answer.

    None - no feedback is displayed to the viewer.
    Default - default info specified in the Question Defaults area of the Quiz Properties is displayed to the viewer
    By Question - feedback that you specified for each particular question in the Correct, Incorrect, Partially correct area.  
    By Answer -  add a custom feedback for a particular answer.

  3. Edit the feedback text in the corresponding field for the entire question or click the  Edit Feedback button next to a feedback message.



  4. Next, you can edit the message in the popup window. This way, you can add detailed feedback messages. 
    Moreover, you can customize font, size, style and color of your feedback messages; add hyperlinks, bullets and indents, insert or record audio, add equations or images. 



    That's how your feedback appears in the quiz. 

 

You can go to the Player options to specify the top panel color of the feedback box.
