You can add audio to questions and answer choices. This can be either an existing audio file on your computer or audio recorded in iSpring QuizMaker.
You can add audio to the answer choices of these types of questions.
- Multiple Choice
- Multiple Response
- True/False
- Sequence
- Matching
- Click the Add Audio icon to the right of the question text

- Select how you will add the audio: from a file, record it, or use Text to Speech.

You can also add audio using toolbar. To do this, click Audio.

You also can add audio to quiz questions in the "Slides" mode. Under the Insert tab, select Audio.

After the audio is inserted, the Audio Properties will appear on the right. There, you can:
Delete the audio, replace it with another one and edit it.
Set up how to start the audio and limit the number of playbacks. Click Enable playback controls.
Add alternate text (Alt Text) to the audio.

Recording New Audio
To record a new audio, click on the Add Audio icon, and from the drop-down menu, select Record Mic.

Before making your first recording, select a microphone for recording and check its performance. To do this, select Microphone Settings from the Audio drop-down menu.
To get better quality audio, use a good mic when you record, and set it up with the iSpring Microphone Setup Wizard.

After selecting a microphone for recording and setting the volume, you can start recording. Click on Start Record to record audio. Then, the Record icon will change to a Stop icon, which you can use to stop recording.

You can add the text for recording by clicking on the Narration Script icon.

Click Done to save and insert the audio.

To delete and record a new audio file, click the Cancel icon.

After you insert the recorded audio, you can also manage it in the Audio Properties area.
