You can start a training session in the On-The-Job Training section in the User Portal.



  1. Open the On-The-Job Training section and click on Start Session.



  2. The observation checklist will open. Fill in the general information about the session.



  3. Next, note how the employee meets work standards. You can either skip the question or leave a comment.



  4. Then, leave feedback on the employee. Indicate their strengths and areas that need to be improved. Leave comments because they’ll come in handy when the observer and employee prepare for the next session.



  5. Next, finish your session.

    The meeting can be paused and resumed later, if you need to take a break, for example.



    Perfect! You’ve conducted on-the-job training.

    Before the next session starts, the observer can look at the results of previous sessions.



    You’ll see past sessions if you use the same checklist that was used for the last session.


    You can print out the observation checklist and use the paper version.
