1. Go to SettingsAdditional Options.



  2. Select On-The-Job Training.



  3. Next, click Enable.



    Done! You’ll see the On-The-Job Training Module on the sidebar. Here you can create observation checklists and lead training sessions.

Access to an On-The-Job Training Section

This module is enabled by default. It can be disabled by the Account Owner, Account Administrator, and a user with a custom role.

Custom Role

Let's suppose that the observer needs to lead a training in the User Portal. You can add them to iSpring Learn and create a custom role that allows them to lead sessions in the User Portal without access to the Administrator Portal. To do this,

  1. Go to the UsersRoles section. 
  2. Then, click on New Role.
  3. Next, enter the name of the role — observer, for example — and select Manage observation checklist and Fill out observation checklists.
