The Start subscription plan has a 50 GB storage limit with the ability to purchase more.

The Business subscription plan offers unlimited storage.

Storage 

In the lower left corner of the Learning Content section, Account Owner and Course Authors can see how many GB are being used. To purchase more GB, the Account Owner can simply click Get more storage space and contact Sales Department.



To see how heavy the files are:

  1. Click on Settings.



  2. In the dropdown list, enable the Size column.

    Done! Now you will see the size of each piece of content.

Content created in iSpring LearnOnline quizzes and pages (including cover images, images, and attachments).
NewsAttachments, images and the thumbnail used in the design of the news.

iSpring Academy content

iSpring Academy content doesn’t count toward your space limit.

AttachmentsAttachments to the assignment's texts, answers to the assignment, attachments to course questions and to their answers, and attachments to messages.
Account resourcesThumbnails and cover images of learning contents, courses, trainings, learning tracks; catalog category thumbnail; uploaded badges; certificate templates; user profile photos.
Portal BrandingLogotype, favicon, cover image for "My Courses" and "Catalog", cover image for user profile, background of the login page.

  1. Each linked copy of a piece of content takes up storage space. For example, a presentation is 10 MB in size. There are 4 linked copies, so together, they will occupy 50 MB of space.

  2. If an unpublished page is heavier than the published one, the unpublished content will be accepted.
