The integration is only supported on cloud versions of iSpring Learn and doesn't work with on-premise iSpring Learn.

On-premise software is installed and runs on a company's own hardware infrastructure, and is hosted locally, whereas cloud software is stored and managed on the provider's servers, and accessed through a web browser or other interface.


BambooHR is a platform that HR professionals use to streamline everyday tasks, attract and keep talent, and develop a forward plan. It can be used for duties that range from hiring and onboarding to payroll and performance. Connecting iSpring Learn LMS and BambooHR allows you to keep both training and HR processes in the same place.

How to Activate the Integration

  1. To turn on this integration, enter your BambooHR Access Token and Subdomain.



  2. To generate an access token (API key), log in to your BambooHR account and click on your photo in the top right corner of the page. In the opened menu, select API Keys.



  3. Next, click Add New Key.



  4. Then, enter your API Key Name and click Generate Key.



  5. Now paste your access token and enter your subdomain.



    For instance, if your BambooHR address is https://mycompany.bamboohr.com, its subdomain is — mycompany.


  6. Click Connect to turn on the integration.
