You can change a learning track’s enrollment parameters at any time after it has been created. This option is useful if you want to prolong the period that a user can study the content or delay the start date.

In the Enrollments tab

  1. Go to the Learning Content section and click on a learning track for which you would like to edit enrollment.



  2. Under the Enrollments tab, you will see all users who are enrolled in the course. Check users for whom you want to change the enrollment parameters, and click Edit Enrollment.



  3. In the opened Edit Enrollment sidebar, select the learning track's start date and due date.



  4. Click Save.

On the Edit User page

  1. Go to the Users section and click on a user's name.



  2. Open the Enrolled Learning tab, select a learning track, and click Edit Enrollment.



  3. In the opened Edit Enrollment sidebar, you can edit the start date and adjust the due date. To apply changes, click Save.



Important

When you edit the enrollment date of a sequential learning track for users, the start date for the courses in this learning track also changes.
