You can export the text of a role-play in XLIFF format and import the translated file back to the role-play. iSpring TalkMaster will automatically replace the previous text with the translation.

To translate the text of a role-play:

  1. Export the text for translation. Go to the Translation tab and click Export Text.

  2. Specify the source language of the text.

  3. Click Export. The text will be exported in XLIFF format.

  4. Enter a name for the file. Then click Save.

  5. Send the file to the translator.

If you translate on your own, you`ll need to use a translation service such as Crowdin or Smartcat. Choose a service, register and translate the text.
  6. Import the translation file into the role-play. To do this, in the Translation section, click Import Text.

  7. Be sure to save the role-play in its original language. To do this, create a copy of the role-play. This is important because the source texts will be replaced.

  8. Select the file and click Import.

Done! You have now translated the role-play into the desired language.
