  1. Go to the Questionnaire.



    Each questionnaire consists of 3 sections:
    • Instruction
    • Competencies to Evaluate
    • Open-Ended Questions

  2. In the Instruction section, add detailed instructions. Describe goals, deadlines and anonymity of responses.



  3. In the Competencies to Evaluate, select a competency profile.



  4. In the Open-Ended Questions section, write questions for reviewers to get detailed feedback on the employee. Select whether the question is required or optional and customize who can see them. Then change the order of the questions.

Done! The questionnaire is ready.
