A concurrent subscription is a software license that is based on the number of simultaneous users accessing the program. iSpring software can be installed on an unlimited number of computers, but the number of concurrent users cannot exceed the limit specified by the license.

The iSpring Suite Max Concurrent license does not require a license server.

How a concurrent subscription works

The license owner can invite an unlimited number of authors. But the number of concurrent authors depends on the number of seats in the account. If the seat is vacant, the author can take the seat.

For example, with a five-user concurrent license, when five users have opened the program, a sixth user is not allowed to use the software simultaneously with the other authors. The sixth user won’t be able to use iSpring, and has to wait until one of the other five users closes the program.

Internet Connection

There is constant contact with the server in iSpring Suite Concurrent. A fast internet connection is required.
Please make sure all users are connected to the Internet and have a stable network connection.
