To assign another team member as the account owner:

  1. Click on the team name at the bottom left corner.



  2. Next, click Settings.



  3. Click  Change owner next to the current owner's name.



  4. You will be redirected to the iSpring Support contact form. Fill in the form with your inquiry and send it to our staff. They`ll be happy to assist you.



    You can also send an email to support@ispring.com. In your email write your account URL, the current owner's and the new owner's emails.
