The content is available only to those team members who have access to the project that the content item belongs to. This means that your team members who don't have access to the project, and people who aren't included in your team, can't view the content, even if you send them a link.

Open access to the content to any team member without adding them to the project:

  1. Set up collective access for the team members by selecting a content item in the list and click the Collaborate button on the menu at the top.


    1. Click to the right of the content item and select Collaborate



    2. Right-click on the name of the content item and choose Collaborate.



    3. Preview the content item.



      Next, click the Collaborate icon on the menu at the top.



    4. Edit the content item.



      Next, click the Collaborate icon on the menu at the top.


  2. Click on the Add Collaborators button in the Collaborate window.



  3. In the Add Collaborators from Team window, select the access level, choose one or more collaborators to whom you are going to provide access, and click Add.



  4. One or more team members have now received access to the content.



  5. The content will appear in the Shared with me section in the accounts of those team members who have been given access to the content.
