Add an event to the marketplace so all those who visit your website can join it.
To locate an event in the calendar, click on it and hit the Edit button.
Drag the Make as open web meeting/Make as open offline event toggle button to the right and save changes.
The event will appear on the marketplace in the Events section.
Now anyone can join your event.
Notes:
Check to see if self-registration is enabled in the account. If self-registration is switched off, new users won't be able to register in the account to attend the event.
