You can choose which events should be shown in the calendar: trainings, web meetings, or all events.

  1. To do this, click the Event Type filter and select the type you need: Select All, Trainings, Web Meetings. Then, hit the Done button.



  2. By default, the calendar shows the events which are scheduled in the current month. If you want to view all upcoming events, click List.



  3. You can filter events by a particular organizer. To do this, click the Organizer filter and choose them in the menu. To view events of all organizers, check Select All. Then, click Done.



  4. To view all event activities of a particular user, start typing their name, last name, login, or email in the search bar. As soon as the system suggests matches, click on the name.
