A group can only belong to one organization. That’s why you may need to assign a group to a new organization.

  1. In the People section, open the Groups tab and check a group or multiple groups. 

  2. In the upper menu, click Move. Or, right-click on the checked group or groups and select the Move option in the context menu.

  3. In the Move Groups window, select the organization you want to move the group(s) to.

  4. Finally, click Move Groups

  5. All selected groups are now assigned to a new organization.

Note:

  • You can't move a group to another organization if the Account Owner is a member of the group being moved.
