If your computer is disconnected from the Internet or online activation doesn't complete because of an antivirus program or a proxy server error, activate your license manually.

  1. Untick Activate my license online now and click Next.



  2. Select Activate the license manually and click Next.



  3. Copy the License request code and the License key and send it to our customer support department. 



  4. As soon as our employees send you the license activation code, insert it in the corresponding field, and click Next.



  5. Your license is now successfully activated. Click Finish.



  6. Now proceed to create a new course or open an existing one.
