To transfer ownership of an account to another individual:

  1. Click on the team name at the bottom left corner.



  2. Next, click on the button that shows the number of team members.



  3. Click next to the current owner's name and choose Change owner.



  4. You will be redirected to the iSpring Support contact form. Fill in the form with your inquiry and send it to our staff. They will be happy to assist you.



If you purchased iSpring Suite basic or logged out of your iSpring Space account, log in to the iSpring account via the website.

  1. Follow this link or open the iSpring website and click the Log in link at the top right corner.



  2. Now enter your login (the email that you used when purchasing our product) and your iSpring account password and click Log In.



  3. Open the Licenses tab. Locate your license, and click on the Details tab next to it.



  4. On the opened page, click Change ownership.



  5. You will be redirected to the iSpring Support contact form. Fill in the form with your inquiry and send it to our staff. They will be happy to assist you.
