iSpring SDK uses PowerPoint automation to retrieve the necessary information from the presentation. Microsoft PowerPoint was designed for single-threaded automation only and, thus, may fail to work when multiple presentation conversions are running simultaneously.
It is recommended to queue the uploaded presentations and convert them with iSpring SDK one by one.
To increase the presentation conversion performance on multi-processor systems, it is recommended to run several virtual machines (having PowerPoint and iSpring SDK installed) on one PC and distribute presentations among them. In this scenario, each installation of iSpring SDK requires additional license.
