Here’s how to build a course with AI in iSpring Suite:
- Open the iSpring Suite start window and click Create with AI.

Enter a brief description of your course.
For example:
This is a course for new customer support specialists. Learners will find out how to communicate with customers and handle support requests.
After defining the course, upload additional files, such as specifications, manuals, or other documents, so AI can better understand your topic.

You can upload up to five files in the following formats:
Click on Continue.
Review the course settings generated by AI:
- Topic
- Course goal
- Target audience
- Learning objectives
- Writing style
- Additional information

These settings define how AI will create your course. Review them and make edits, if necessary.
- Choose whether to generate voiceover text:
- Add voiceover text — AI adds narration to the speaker notes. The slides contain less text and rely more on visuals. You'll need to create a voicever based on this text.
- No voiceover text — AI places all essential information directly on the slides.
- Next, choose a writing style from the drop-down list or describe a custom one. Then, click on Create outline.

Review the generated course title, description, and module structure.
You can edit the course title and description, update modules with AI, add new modules, duplicate or delete modules, and rearrange them by dragging.

How to continue working on a course
The AI outline is saved as part of the presentation, so you can return to it at any time.
To continue working on the course:
- Launch iSpring Suite.
- On the New tab, click on Create with AI.

- Then, click on Continue.

- Review or update the course description, settings, or outline.
- Click on Create course draft to generate a new version of the draft.
This allows you to continue polishing the draft without starting over.
