Time Limits

Time limits per 30-day period

There are some limitations to auto-generated captions.

  • With an iSpring Suite Max subscription, you have 10 hours worth of video or audio that you can generate captions for.
  • With an iSpring Suite Basic subscription, you have 60 minutes worth of video or audio that you can generate captions for.
  • In the trial version, you have 60 minutes for the duration of the trial period.
    .

    Note:

    • This allotted time is shared among all authors within a single account.

    •  If you exceed the 10-hour limit within a month, iSpring Suite will stop allowing further usage unless additional time is purchased. Any unused time is saved in your account and rolls over to the next 30 days, but the maximum limit is always 10 hours per 30-day period.

    • The time limit for generating captions in Narration Editor and in iSpring Cam Pro is shared. If you generate subtitles in Cam Pro, the limit will also be reduced in the Narration Editor.

Time limits per file

The amount of time for each audio or video file that you can upload is limited to:

  • 180 minutes for a paid subscription
  • 10 minutes for a trial subscription

Replenishment

These 10 hours of captioning time isn't reset every 30 days. Instead, there is a rolling reset, meaning that the time is added back to your account gradually, 30 days after each use. For example:

  • If you use 30 minutes on September 7th, those 30 minutes will be replenished on October 7th.
  • If you use another 30 minutes on September 8th, those 30 minutes will be replenished on October 8th.
