There are two places where you can sign in to iSpring Suite:

  • Do NOT try to activate your subscription with a license key.

  • Do NOT go to the iSpring website to sign in. That is your customer account where you manage your subscriptions, licenses, and trials of our products. You need to sign in from the app or from PowerPoint so that PowerPoint can connect to iSpring Suite Max.

Signing in from PowerPoint

  1. Open PowerPoint and go to the iSpring Suite 11 tab.

  2. Click on Sign In and choose Sign In.

Do not choose Activate with your license key.

Signing in from the iSpring Suite app

  1. Open the iSpring Suite app on your computer. A window will open up.

  2. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner and click on Sign in.

  3. When signing in from either PowerPoint or the iSpring Suite app, you’ll be taken online. You’ll see four ways to sign in:

    • Your email
Enter your email (which serves as your universal login, your “iSpring ID), click "Continue," and then enter your password and click “Sign in.” If you haven't set a password yet, you will be sent a temporary code via email to enter your account. To create a password, sign in to your iSpring customer account on the iSpring website and you can create a password under Account Settings.

    • Continue with Google
Link your Google account to iSpring Suite to sign in. To confirm your account, you will be sent a temporary code and then be prompted to create a password.

    • Continue with LinkedIn
Connect your LinkedIn account to iSpring Suite to sign in. To confirm your account, you will be sent a temporary code and then be prompted to create a password.

    • Sign in with workspace URL
Enter your workspace aka your iSpring Cloud URL, which was provided in the welcome email when you purchased iSpring Suite Max. iSpring Cloud is the online component of iSpring Suite Max. After signing in, return to iSpring Suite and you will see that you are signed in.

Key Terminology

  • What is my iSpring ID?
Your iSpring ID is a set of credentials used for universal login across iSpring Suite Max, iSpring Cloud, and your iSpring Customer Account on the iSpring Solutions website. It consists of the email address you used to register for a trial or purchase the software, along with your password. If you haven't set a password yet, you can sign in to your iSpring customer account on the iSpring website and create a password under Account Settings.

  • What is iSpring Cloud?
iSpring Cloud is an online platform designed for storing, creating, and collaborating on content. It is included as part of your iSpring Suite Max subscription. It can be accessed from iSpring Suite or by going online to your Workplace URL.

  • What is my Workspace URL?
Your Workspace URL is the unique web address for your iSpring Cloud account. You received this URL in an email from iSpring when you purchased the software. Users can be invited to multiple workspaces, so when logging into iSpring Cloud, users may see options for different workspaces that they can choose to access.

  • What is my iSpring Customer Account?
Your iSpring Customer Account is your online portal accessible via the iSpring Solutions website. Here, you can manage your subscriptions, licenses, make payments, view your order history, and contact technical support.
