Specify a path to advance through the presentation: set the order in which the slides will be displayed, regardless of their position in the presentation.
Click the Slide Properties button on the iSpring Suite toolbar.
Select one or more slides for which you would like to set up branching. To select multiple slides at once, hold CTRL or SHIFT when clicking on desired slides.
Next, click the Branching button on the toolbar and select the branching option. This method will work if you have selected one or more slides. The second way to choose a slide to advance is to click on the Branching column next to the slide’s thumbnail. This method will work if you selected only one slide.
Specify forward and backward branching parameters:
• Next slide/Previous slide
•Any other slide
•None In this case, users will be able to advance either to the next slide or to the previous slide
Finally, click Save & Close on the toolbar.
Note:
The default branching parameters are: the next slide for advancing forward and the previous slide for moving backwards.
If there is a quiz on a slide, set branching settings for the situations when the quiz is passed or failed. For example, redirect a user who failed the quiz to the first slide of the presentation or select the Close window option.
To set the order in which the slides will be displayed, you can use Custom Slide Shows from PowerPoint or Branching in iSpring Suite. If you use both functions, only Branching will be active.
