There are three ways to add subtitles to your course:

  1. If you add a video to a PowerPoint slide, you can add closed captions to the video directly in PowerPoint. To do this, select the video and click Insert Captions.

  2. You can add the text to the slide notes. To do this:

    1. Open your presentation.

    2. The notes pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type or paste in what you'd like to add.

    3. To enable the Notes section, select the iSpring Suite 11 tab on the toolbar and click Player.

    4. Go to the Design tab and select Training with Presenter Video layout.

You can also create your own layout. Then select Notes (CC style) in the Bottom Bar settings.

    5. Click Apply & Close.

After that, you will see the CC (closed captions) option, which you can enable in the course.

Your video will look like this.

  3. You can also edit your video in iSpring Cam Pro.

There you can add shapes to the video in which you can create and display closed captions.

After that convert it to MP4, upload the video to YouTube or another platform to get the link, and embed it as a Web object into a presentation.

To apply these changes, republish your course.
