  • The update is available in both the iSpring Suite Basic and iSpring Suite AI plans.
    Translation limits:
    iSpring Suite AI — unlimited translations.
    iSpring Suite Basic — up to 5 translations.
    Trial version — up to 10 translations.

  • How it works: The translation feature is powered by OpenAI. It translates the course content, quizzes, interactions and role-plays.

  • Text limits: You can translate up to 350K characters at a time. The text length isn’t measured in slides or characters — it depends on the language and formatting.

  • Our AI tools are powered by trusted third-party AI technologies. We do not use your data or content to train AI models.

How to Translate a Course Using AI

You can translate the entire course or just certain slides. Just hold Ctrl and click on the slides you want to translate. If you want to translate the whole course, you don’t need to select any slides.

  1. Open your course, go to the iSpring Suite 11 tab, and click Translation > Translate with AI (beta).



  2. Next, select the output language.



  3. Now choose whether to translate all slides or just the ones you selected, then click Translate. 



  4. iSpring Suite will notify you that the original text will be replaced with the translation.



    To keep the original content, create a copy of the course before starting the translation.

     

  5. Click Translate to proceed.



    Done! Your course is now ready in another language. Review the formatting and make any necessary edits.
