AI helps course authors at every stage of course creation. You can generate new content from scratch or improve existing text by shortening it, changing its style, or simplifying the wording.

How to create text from scratch

  1. On the iSpring Suite 11 toolbar, click on Text > Custom prompt.



  2. In one or two sentences, describe what the text should be about. Then click on Generate text with AI.



  3. AI will generate the text for you. If you'd like to refine the result, choose one of the built-in quick commands:



    Or enter your own prompt.



    If you want to stop the generation or change your prompt, click on Stop.



  4. Switch between different versions of the generated text and select the one that best fits your needs.



  5. When you're satisfied with the result, click on Insert.



    Done! Your AI-generated text is now ready to use in your course.


    Availability

    The number of AI requests available to each course author depends on the subscription plan:

    • Trial account — 50 requests for the entire trial period.
    • iSpring Suite — 50 requests per month.
    • iSpring Suite AI — unlimited requests.

    A request is counted only after the AI returns a response.
