Once you cropped a clip to a necessary duration, you can pan the clip to the correct position.

To pan a clip:

  • Hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and drag a clip left or right.

    This way, your clip will stay in its place on the timeline, and only its content will be panned inside the crop boundaries.
