Supported types: 

  • SCORM 1.2/2004 packages
  • FLV videos
  • MP4 videos
  • MP3 audio
  • reference documents (PDF, DOC, XLS)
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • offline packages of courses created with iSpring products

Maximum file size is 3GB. 

  1. Open the course where you want to upload the file.
  2. Unfold the Add menu and select Upload.



  3. Locate a file on your computer and click on the Open tab.
  4. A default title that coincides with the name of the uploaded file will auto-populate. Change it if you wish. 

Downloading Content from a Course

  • You can download PDF and DOC content items from a course in their original format.
  • XLS and XLSX files can only be downloaded as PDF files.
  • Content items published directly from iSpring Suite or uploaded as .ismpkg files can be downloaded if you selected Upload source files when publishing the content. If you didn't select Upload source files, you can't download the content.

The following content items can't be downloaded:

  • SCORM 1.2/2004 packages
  • FLV and MP4 videos
  • MP3 audio files
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Content created with iSpring products
