You can restore content that has been placed in the Trash folder for 30 days. All settings and data will be preserved for restored content.



These are the users who can see the Trash folder and recover content in the Knowledge Base:

  • Account Owner
  • Owner of the space from which the content item was deleted (Space Owner)
  • Users who have complete access to the space and editing rights ​

Spaces and folders cannot be restored.

Here’s how to restore content in the Knowledge Base:

  1. Open the Knowledge Base and click on Trash.



  2. Select content, and click on Restore.



    That's it! You've restored content in the Knowledge Base.
