You can choose whether to display the title screen at the beginning of your quiz using the Show screen and Don't show screen options.
Select Don't show screen to skip the title screen and go straight to the first question.
Select Show screen if you'd like learners to see the quiz title, description, and start button before beginning.
If your quiz is set to Don't show screen, you won’t be able to enable a time limit in the settings. To use a time limit, make sure Show screen is selected.
Setting Up the Title Screen
When the title screen is enabled, you can customize it
Enter a quiz name, add instructions, a description, or a welcome message to your quiz.
Add a picture or a video. You can upload an image from your computer or insert a link to an image. A video can be added via an embed code.
The length of the name on the title screen cannot exceed 255 characters.
The title screen’s image cannot be larger than 10 MB.
To remove an image or a video from the title screen or replace it with another one, click Edit next to the object.
To crop an image, click Edit Image and select Crop.
How to Crop an Image
Drag the borders of the image to crop it to the area you need. You can move the frame to select a desired fragment. Once you've chosen the desired portion of the picture, click Save.
Click Cancel to leave the Crop Imagepage. The changes you've made will not be applied.
To undo changes, click Edit and select Crop again.
