Notifications to the Employee and the Observer
The employee and the observer will receive push notifications on their smartphones, a message in their accounts, as well as an email. They’ll be informed about the upcoming session and will receive a reminder about the beginning of the session 24 hours in advance.
Notifications to the Employee
If the observer has finished the session, the employee will receive a notification by email, in the account, and will see a push notification on their smartphone.
Notifications to the Account Owner and the Administrator
If you have blocked or deleted an observer who has not started or completed sessions, the owner and administrator of the account will receive notifications via email.
