Labeled graphics make it easier to explain how equipment works, showcase product features, or indicate locations on a map.

How to create a labeled graphic

  1. Click on + and select Labeled graphic.



  2. Choose a picture and click on Open.

    Or you can click on the image on the page and select Add Markers.



  3. The image will open with two default markers. Move them to their appropriate positions.



  4. Select a marker, then add the text for the popup.



  5. Highlight text to change its color, size, or style. You can also add a link or edit the text with the iSpring AI assistant.



    You can also change the text style in the settings.



  6. To insert audio, video, or an image into a popup, click on +.



  7. Add other markers.



    Great! The image now has markers.

How to adjust popup width

You can change the width of popups on a labeled image.

  1. Click on the image and select More settings.



  2. Select the desired width.



    If you want the popup to adjust automatically to the text width, select Fit to content

How to change a marker color

By default, markers use the page accent color. You can pick another color from the palette or add your own.

To change the color of all markers:

  1. Click on the labeled image and select Marker color.



  2. Choose a color option or click on + to add a new one.

To change the color of a single marker:

  1. Click on the marker and select Marker color.



  2. Choose a color from the palette or apply a custom one.


How to change the marker icon

Choose an icon to set the tone: numbers, stars, or emojis. There are 40+ icons that fit different learning scenarios.

To change the icon for all markers:

  1. Click on Icon on the top panel.



  2. Select an icon.



    Done! The icon is changed for all markers.



    If you’d like to use emojis, click on Icon > Emoji, then choose one.

To change the icon for a single marker:

  1. Click on the marker and select Icon.



  2. Choose an icon, such as a lightning bolt.



    That's it! The icon has been changed only for that marker.
