You can manage privacy settings and choose who can view award recipients. These can be either the recipient's team, their department and subdepartments, or the entire company.
By default, all employees can see awards and award recipients company-wide.
Go to Awards > Settings.
Next, click on Awards Visibility. Choose who can view award information and recipients:
Employee Department
Department and subdepartments
All employees
Done! You've set the visibility settings for corporate awards.
How to hide departments
You can hide awards from individual departments, which can be helpful for enterprises.
Users from hidden departments won't see the Awards section or get an award announcement. Only their Supervisor and Administrator can see their awards.
Click on Hidden Departments. Then, select the departments whose employees won't appear in the Awards section.
Next, click on Apply.
Done! The employees in the hidden departments you’ve selected will not appear among award recipients.
