How to Export Content from Pages into Knowledge Base as Articles
You copy content and export it to the Knowledge Base:
from a standalone page
from a page within a course or learning track
Exporting content from standalone pages
You can export up to 10 pages in one go.
Go to Learning Content.
Select one or more pages.
Click ••• >Export to Knowledge Base.
Exporting content from a page within a course
Go to Learning Content and open a course.
Find the page you want to export.
Click on ••• and select Export to Knowledge Base.
Then choose the space to copy the content to, and click on Export.
Your page will be copied as a Knowledge Base article. Quizzes, exercises, and buttons will be removed, and all chapters will be combined into a single page.
